While Anton was going potty tonight I thought "maybe I should just put him in the bath with all his wraps on and just let him play, no pain meds and see how he does" so I did and he is having a BLAST. We normally give Anton very strong narcotics before his bath because it is so painful and he is so scared. He normally screams at the top of his lungs even on such strong meds but not tonight. Tonight he is happily playing in the tub without any pain meds. I am so blown away by this gift, this gift of getting to watch my son enjoy something that is normally torture for him.
