Day +20 Anton is still asleep, which is normal for him but we got his counts back so I wanted to share those numbers. WBC 1.3 ANC 0.3 The ANC number is really important because that tells us how well Anton can fight off an infection. He has to be above 0.5 for three day to be able to walk in the halls and today he is at 0.3. This number is SUPER low and Anton could not fight off illness on his own right now. I'm freaking out a little but taking extra steps to keep him safe. No therapy of any kind until those numbers go up and everyone has to wear the gown, gloves, and mask when they come in.
