Facebook update from Help Anton

Day +39 We went to clinic today, Anton's ANC is 2.1 and his WBC is 2.3. Those numbers are great but they also might be that good because he has gotten GCSF for the past few days. His doctor told us to hold his dose today then we will see what his numbers look like tomorrow. Judah still LOVES going to clinic with us because of the endless snacks. Both of the boys favorite part is getting a toy after Anton gets his blood drawn from his central line. They each get a coin and they both have been getting ninjas out of the toy dispenser. They have quite the collection of tiny ninjas going. It is seriously so cute! They rechecked Anton's stool for c-diff and it came back negative!!! I am so thankful for this because cleaning the potty seat with bleach then having to wait for it to completely dry for anyone to go potty was getting a little stressful. The rash on his body is gone but it still looks like his has graft vs host on his face so we are still applying the cream to his face, now three times a day, and his body once a day. Because Anton's numbers have been low they weren't able to start him on one of the antibiotics they wanted to so they ended up changing it to one that is done through a breathing treatment. He only has to do this once a month! I thought it was so neat that they could give an antibiotics like that! Anton didn't love doing it but he also didn't freak out about it. He did much better than I thought he was going to. I think that is all the news I have to share. I hope you guys have a great day! - May 04, 2015 at 11:50PM http://ift.tt/1r2lUi4
